All EMS packages can be tracked all the way to their recepients in country of their destination on either Philpost website or the Postal website of the country of their destination..

Most Registered Airmail packages howerver can be all tracked online only until they leave from Philippines on Philpost website as only a some destination countries coordinate on such. Registered airmail packages going to USA can be tracked on USPS website.

It takes usually 2-4 DAYS from the time we dispatch your package until the tracking results first appear on the tracking site, smetimes even longer under the "New Normal." If the tracking number SHOULD NOT appear on the tracking site for more than a week since time we send you your tracking number kindly email us and we'll gladly look into it.

The Ordinary Airmail CANNOT BE TRACKED online but gets a bit less unwated customs or Border Patrol's attention and delivery of such is quite reliable as well to most western countries.
