PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE LISTED BELOW BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY PURCHASE: We have been in business for over 20 years and have shipped thousands of envelopes and parcels to many countries worldwide including USA, Australia, Thailand, Canada, EU, UK, Latin America, Africa and can deliver safely to any country in the world. The items are packed carefully and shipped in discreet packaging using international air mail, registered airmail or express mail EMS and declared as "food supplement", "health care products " or "natural remedies" unless buyer requests otherwise. We can safely ship the retail items to most countries worldwide. Over 95 % of our retail shipments reach their destinations safely and clears customs in the country of their destination without any problems or additional expense to the buyer. We use our experience and do our best to prevent any problems and protect our customers interest. The buyer is responsible for all customs, tariffs, and taxes, if applicable to the buyer's country of domicile. We rarely ever had any customs related problems with retail package shipments to mainland USA, UK, Australia, Thailand and most EU countries. Retail packages shipped to Hawaii, Norway, Sweden, Germany or Austria are at high risk of customs interference though. Shipping of larger wholesale items has lately become more likely to be hassled by local customs in several countries. We do not recommend wholesale / Express Mail Shipping to Italy, Canada, New Zealand, most regions of Australia (except for QLD, NSW or NT) If your shipment happens to be returned by the customs we can re-send it in smaller consignments (you'll pay for the postage) to your or another address of your choice.We gladly resend the orders that have been returned to us at either our or customer's expense - depending on circumstances. IF however your order should happen to be seized by your government authorities then the responsibility to recover it or the potential loss should be all yours. Also depending on the circumstances we usually provide compensation to our valued clients, depending on their standing and compliance with our suggestions. NOTICE: Due to the recent Corona virus restrictions the performance of the Philippine Post Office had become much worse then before.The shipping/delivery delays have become very common and even the Express Mail Service delivery takes sometime a month from the day we post the package. (Most shipments to Australia have been affected/seriously delayed in particular.) Once you order your items and we dispatch them then kindly make sure to be prepared to wait that extra time as we cannot be refunding your payments after we have dispatched your order(s) just because of the Post office's poor "New Normal" standards.
