Shipping is "Free" = shipping cost is included in our listed prices.

Kindly make sure to provide us with your correct and complete shipping address at the same time you complete your order payment . If your order should be returned to us because of the address you gave us is incorrect or incomplete then you'd be expected to pay us for resending your order to your corrected address.

All of the Retail Orders from outside of Philippines shall be shipped by either Ordinary or Registered International Airmail. Local orders from Philippines can be delivered by local couriers like JRS Express.

Ordinary airmail (without a tracking number or customs declaration) takes on average 2 weeks for delivery to most countries (North America, Australia, Western Europe or Asia) and about 3-4 weeks to Latin America, Africa or Eastern Europe. Ordinary airmail has No tracking number and cannot be traced online. Nearly all of such get delivered safely in most parts of the western world. It will usually be dropped off in your mailbox without a need for a signature upon delivery.

Registered Airmail delivery takes about 2-4 days longer than ordinary airmail due to rather slow local recording process. It comes with a tracking number and has to be signed for upon delivery (unlike the ordinary airmail it will not be dropped off in your mailbox or in your doorway). Registered airmail can be tracked online at www.track-trace.com for most countries all the way but for Australia only until it leaves from Philippines. Your local post office however can use its internal system to track the registered mail all the way.

The Wholesale/Bargain Deals orders from this site shall be shipped as International Express Mail Service (EMS) which is available to many countries of the world. Such shall reach North Amerce, Australia, Europe or other countries in 1- 2 weeks. Express Mail can be tracked online. (On www.usps.com for US addresses or http://www.track-trace.com/post for any country where is such service available from Philippines.

*To certain countries to which either EMS service from Philippines does not exist or to which we have experienced difficulties with a customs clearance we can ship as either Certified Air Parcel or ordinary / registered international airmail. If needed or required we would inform you in advance and we can split a larger orders into several smaller consecutive consignments to minimize the risks of your customs interference.

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS: A tracking number will be emailed to all clients ordering by either EMS or Registered Airmail. It normally takes 2-4 business days from the time we post your parcel till the tracking number will show any search results on either your country's local postal web sites like www.usps.com or on global www.track-trace.com or www.17track.net .

In case you should not receive your EMS order within 2 weeks or Registered airmail order within 4 weeks from the time your package had been shipped kindly email us at admin@doctorpuck.com or doctorpuck@hotmail.com.
