HOW TO ORDER
KINDLY READ AND FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO PLACE YOUR ORDER EFFICIENTLY:
2. EMAIL firstname.lastname@example.org the names or list of your selected ITEM(S) (name(s) of product(s) + quantity of each). Kindly let us know your LOCATION country where you want us to ship your order to. We need to know your location as the PAYMENT METHOD DEPENDS ON IT!
Except for the orders placed from Australia or Philippines there is a minimum order size of $50 USD worth of product(s) including shipping fees. Such minimum order will get you either any item listed at $50 OR a cobination of 2 retail items listed at $30 or less.
3. WE will email you back detailed INSTRUCTIONS of how to complete a cash payment by either MONEYGRAM / Western Union or other cash transfer agency or Bank Deposit - depending on your location. We do not accept Paypal or directly process Credit or Debit Card payments.
4. After you receive the instructions and complete your payment kindly make sure to email us the DETAILS OF YOUR PAYMENT TRANSFER and your correct and complete SHIPPING ADDRESS with optional phone number). To make sure that your order gets dispatched quickly please make sure to send us your complete shipping address even if you gave it to us in past or even if you are a returning client believing that we have your shipping address on file. Failure to do so may slow down the dispatching and delivery of your order.
5. When all done then you should receive our confirmation of received order/payment. In case you should not receive such confirmation email please email us back within a day or two.
WE NORMALLY SHIP THE SAME OR NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER WE RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT AND YOUR COMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION.
If you order item(s) with registered mail or Express Mail shipping then we shall send you a tracking number for your order in return. In case you should not receive such email kindly get back to us as well within couple of days. All Express Mail items (EMS) and most of Registered Mail items can be tracked on www.track-trace.com or on your country's local postal web site in about 3-5 working days from the time we dispatch your order.
*We pre-selected items / list product quantities to make their shipping the most cost efficient. If you like to order different counts or several items combination then we will gladly email you the best price quote upon your request as long as your order meets our minimum size/value requirement.
There is also NO MINIMUM limit on order for clients who are willing to take a risk of mailing us cash payment for their order in a discreet envelope. Even though such method takes longer time it usually works well. IF you decide to mail cash in an envelope then make sure that you include your correct and complete shipping address along with the list of items you pay for and make sure that the envelope you use is NOT see thru type.
